These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you
(“you”) and Mynalabs Inc. (“Company”, “LuraTalk”, “we”, “us”, or
“our”) and govern your use of the LuraTalk mobile application (“App”) and any
content, tools, features, and services offered in or through the App (collectively, the
“Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
For the purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” mean you as the user of the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or another entity, “you” also refers to that entity, and you represent and warrant that (a) you are an authorized representative of that entity and (b) you agree to these Terms on that entity’s behalf.
Please note that LuraTalk is not an accredited educational institution, translation agency, legal, immigration, medical, or other professional services provider. The App is intended solely to help you with self-guided language learning and conversation practice and does not replace professional training, advice, or services.
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the minor’s use of the App.
To create an account, you may sign in to the App using your Google account, Apple ID, or other supported login options. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. Your registration data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
LuraTalk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We may also establish general practices and limits regarding the use of the Services, including limits on data storage and retention periods. We are not responsible for the deletion of, or failure to store, any content or data.
LuraTalk provides interactive language training and conversational practice with virtual AI-powered partners, along with other features designed to improve your listening, speaking, vocabulary, and grammar skills. The App may include, for example:
LuraTalk does not guarantee that your use of the Services on its own will result in any specific outcome (for example, achieving a particular language proficiency level or passing an exam). Your progress depends on many factors, including the amount and regularity of your practice.
In addition to any separate Acceptable Use Policy (if published), you agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to investigate any potential or actual violation of these Terms and to take any actions we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and contacting law-enforcement or other competent authorities.
The Services may allow you to create, upload, post, send, and store content (including text, images, audio, and other materials) for educational and communication purposes. You retain any ownership rights that you may have in such content.
However, by providing content through the Services, you grant LuraTalk a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use your content (including to store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute it) solely for the purpose of:
We may (but are not obligated to) review, monitor, or remove your content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, post, store, or send through the Services.
Much of the content in the App is created by users. Such content is the sole responsibility of the person or entity that made it available. While we reserve the right to review and remove content, we are not required to do so on an ongoing basis and we are not responsible for content provided by other users.
If you encounter content that is offensive or appears to violate these Terms, you may report it using the tools available in the App. We aim to respond promptly to such complaints and may remove content and/or restrict access for the user who posted it, if necessary.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to LuraTalk may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you. You agree that such feedback is not confidential and grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose.
The App and the Services may contain content, software, and design elements (“App Content”) that are protected by copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. All rights in such App Content are owned by the Company and/or its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by the Company.
LuraTalk uses generative artificial intelligence technologies to create responses, hints, learning phrases, and other materials (“Generated Materials”). This includes generated dialogues, example sentences, and translations.
Generated Materials are created automatically and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, grammatical errors, or inappropriate wording. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for different users.
Important: Generated Materials are provided solely for educational and recreational purposes. They are intended to support language learning and conversational practice, and are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, immigration, or other professional contexts.
You are responsible for evaluating and verifying whether Generated Materials are appropriate and reliable for your particular purposes (e.g., learning, exams, or professional use). We do not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Generated Materials. You must not rely on LuraTalk as your sole source of factual information, translations, or professional advice.
Some features of LuraTalk are available only via paid subscription (“Subscription”). The available plans, level of access, and current prices are displayed in the App or in the app store listing (Google Play / Apple App Store).
Billing cycle.
You may be charged for your
Subscription in advance on a recurring basis (for example, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the
type of Subscription you choose.
Auto-renewal.
At the end of each billing period,
your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it or we terminate
it.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time:
After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the already-paid billing period, after which the Subscription will be deactivated.
Refund terms are governed by the policies of the applicable app store and by applicable law:
We do not process or control transactions made through app stores and are not responsible for their operation.
We may, at our discretion, offer free trial periods for Subscriptions. Information about the length and conditions of any trial will be provided in the App or app store listing.
If you have provided payment information when activating a free trial, charges may begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel the Subscription beforehand.
We may modify or terminate any free trial offer at any time.
The App may offer one-time paid features, virtual items, or additional services as in-app purchases. All such purchases:
If you have issues with an in-app purchase or payment transaction, you should contact the support team of the relevant app store.
The LuraTalk Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by such third parties.
Any transactions or relationships you enter into with third parties found through LuraTalk are solely between you and the third party. LuraTalk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such relationships.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LuraTalk, Mynalabs Inc., and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
You use the Services at your own risk. LuraTalk is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted use, security, and non-infringement.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of LuraTalk and Mynalabs Inc. for all claims related to the use of the Services will be limited to the amount you actually paid for paid features during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or to the minimum mandatory limit imposed by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes or claims that are not subject to mandatory arbitration under applicable law shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
If you are a consumer in a country whose laws provide you with mandatory consumer protection rights, such mandatory rights remain unaffected and cannot be limited by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App and/or on our website, indicating the date of the latest revision. Changes will take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication, except where changes are made for legal or regulatory reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
